Well, the CD pirate is still trading on Ebay. His local police referred me to the Internet Fraud Complaint Center (currently being renamed the Internet Crime Complaint Center). I'd already contacted them, and they confirm I can file a formal complaint. So far, Ebay 0, police 1, FBI 1.

After several attempts to get the form to work (and it wouldn't let me correct my gender from "M" to "F"), I've made a formal complaint to the FBI. Let justice be done, though the heavens fall.
