Musical Notes

The funniest bit in Hot Summer Night is the key change, when she keeps singing the same note, but in a different key now.

That's Mick Jagger doing backing vocals on You're So Vain, isn't it!

Pop Quiz: What do Peter Gabriel's Games Without Frontiers and Lindsey Buckingham's Trouble have in common?

q00l! What've you got? I'm colours for numbers and letters, colours, shapes and movement for music, and just occasionally other stuff too.

ok.. now that i've gotten a grasp on the proverbial deluge of email and other assorted claims upon my computer time.. =)

Let's see.. what do I have.. 5 nickels, 3 bits of fluff.. oh wait. =)

Sound - can taste and see mostly.
Color - taste, hear and occasionally in really intense moments something else i just can't describe. it's almost painful however.

letters and numbers.. yes.. more letters than numbers.. but I have a dislike for certain numbers that borders on postitive hate. thay taste awful. people they have color, taste, and sometimes a sound.. =) as well as smell not the usual body odor. =) it's oh.. you know I think =)

music is amazing.. =) there's a lot of other stuff but it is hard to describe it.

I've tried explaining it to someone I used to know who is now "interested" he's a bit confused by it all. Does Jon find it hard to handle? I never have much thought about it myself.

I do sort of feel sorry for people who don't have it.. I think the world must be awfully bland. =)

you ever watch the wind?

I don't get much taste - that must be fabulous! Give me some examples!

Jon groks it. I showed him the Toccata and Fugue from "Fantasia", which is very useful for explaining the "music video" experience. :-)

I haven't watched the wind, but trees are accompanied by a subtle sound effect - "booink", here I am.
