Is it live, or is it Aropax?
Thanks to everyone for your insights on whatever's going on in my brain. They mean a lot.
I have some good news for a change from the world of meds: my shrink and I have switched my dose of Aropax, my antidepressant, from the evening to the morning. This has instantly cured my insomnia and all the attached problems. After struggling to deal with constant exhaustion for months, I am stunned, or rather, the opposite.
In related news, I must make a second, more serious, "mental health" icon. (This one was wildly inappropriate for a recent comment about self-harm.)
