I have boxes and boxes of books, DVDs, and CDs which need new homes, so I've started up an Ebay Store. Just a few items so far, but there's heaps more to come. Lookit:

How easy was setting up the store? I'm thinking that may be a better approach for me than umm-ing and ah-ing over what reserve price to put on stuff in a whole load of auctions. The less I have to *think* about the stuff I'm selling, the more likely it is to actually appear where people can see it, and get sold. =:o\

Hm. Can't do that for the UK, unless we tell them the weight *and dimensions* of the parcel. (Not of the object, of the *parcel*. Which assumes you already know what you're going to pack the object in, and either knwo the measurements already or have obtained it so that you can measure it, which most sensible folk don't bother doing until they know if they're actually going to be sending it at all...)

Stupid Post Office: Take a simple system that's worked fine for 50 years, and revise it to make it so complicated that no one can be arsed to post anything anymore because of Too Much Math. Silly arses. =:o{

I have to give the dimensions too, but long years of Ebaying come to my rescue - I have a pretty good idea of which Postpak bag or box I need to use. :)
