In my case, I could spend a few hours wading through Wikipedia's documentation, trying to work out how to get some form of official intervention, but life's too fucking short.
I have a friend who may be able to help there...? (khaosworks, who built a huge heap of the Doctor Who pages in the first place. I gather he's not active over there these days, but he may be able to point you in the right direction for resolving your issue.)
