Amnesty International Write-A-Thon
Amnesty International is holding a Write-A-Thon between now and 10 December (Human Rights Day). I figured we could hold our own Group Write-a-thon right here on LJ. :-)
All you need to do is:
- Download the Individual Write-A-Thon Kit
- Pick a current campaign or a specific case to write about.
- Write your letter and mail it off.
The kit includes a letter-writing guide.
If you like, repost this info in your own LJ, and/or comment here - it'd be interesting to know how many letters LJers sent. :-) (This isn't an official AI message. Visit Amnesty's Write-A-Thon page for the official information.)
