Bleak House

dreamer_easyFINALLY got my paws on Bleak House, and have just been ravished by episode one. Guppy is a work of genius; the proposal scene is like the one in Pride and Prejudice played for comedy. I bet he goes evil though. Gillian Anderson is the American Hugh Laurie, ie, her accent is so good that I didn't even recognise her. Actually, the entire cast is driving me insane, as every time a new face appears on screen I'm sure I've seen them in something else. Lots of Timelash connections, of course.
