I think Donna will really take to Jack. I worked out an equation for why they'd be brilliant together:
(Donnatude + Donna boobies)(Jack charm + Jack smile) = Win! or DtJc + DtJs + DbJc + DbJs = Win!
As each of those factors increases, so does the win.
I think Jack and Sarah Jane would not get on. I recon they've probably crossed paths before investigating aliens and got in each others way. I have this mental scenario of them meeting at the end of the series (probably on the TARDIS). It'd go something like this:
Sarah Jane: You! Jack: You! Sarah Jane: (turns to the Doctor) What is he doing here? Jack: (turns to the Doctor) What is she doing here? The Doctor: (looks baffled) I'm sorry, have you met?
