The information doesn't seem to have reached NZ yet. Almost certainly it's just a matter of time (we like slagging off Aussie human rights records). The last thing I can see was 18 Jan http://www.radionz.co.nz/news/stories/2009/01/18/1245985a5816 which was pretty upbeat. Hopefully it's just a hiccough, and a tiny bit of pressure will help sort things out, governments can be monumentally slow with things like that -- unless their arm is up behind their backs.
