I came across a fan complaining about the showmakers' response to the charities set up by Ianto fans, which have raised a ton of cash for excellent causes.
"The thing is," quoth she, "they're not reading that as a protest."
That's right. They are mistaking your hate for love.
Which makes sense when you remember that, with a few noisy exceptions, love's the stuff as fans are made on.
