In other news, I'm dealing with a real PEBCAK of a buyer at Ebay. It's partly a technology problem, partly a language problem, and partly a brain cell problem. Of course, since I just sold someone a video which I have apparently donated to the library, I can't complain too much. (They were very understanding, bless 'em.)
