A Snape a Day
Sep. 23rd, 2004 04:21 pm... helps you work rest and play!
These ones are all G-rated and slashless.
A striking portrait in black and white.
A wonderfully sort of chunky sketch.
Jolly clever and unusual.
Goofy!
Check out the hair in this one.
This is Snapeless and not really all that HP relevant, but ye gods, what a fantastic and frightening manticore! Check it out!
Random amusement: Funny fanfic manglings. I once typed the wonderful sentence "She leapt into his eyes."
ETA: Forgot one! MWPP as a punk rock band. Splendid!
( Filth and degradation hidden away... )

Sep. 23rd, 2004 10:00 pmSuspicious crashes occurred when I tried to use Phoenix to upload postings, so I guess I'm stuck with the scatty new Update Journal interface, which scrinches itself into a crun in IE 5 under Mac OS 9.2. You will be pleased to know, gentle reader, that this makes long postings horribly difficult as the text vanishes behind all the buttons which sort of hover apologetically in midair. At least this version of the interface doesn't eat my postings if I open up the advanced options and try to continue typing.
Anywho. Some political hoo hah for you.
From the land Up Over:
Millions blocked from voting in US election - mostly scurrilous efforts to prevent Blacks voting Democrat, but any American could be affected by screwups. I wish I could tell you how to check for certain you're on the electoral roll - if someone knows, comment! ETA: check out
erinbow's comment for info.
From the land Down Under:
Coalition refines policy on pre-emptive strikes. The dangers of Mr Howard shooting his mouth off.
(I'm behind the buttons now.) Online campaign to push out Howard - specifically, dearjohn.org, where you can download free satirical art for T-shirts etc.
Senate Poll proves Democrats are still in the race - woo hoo!
