In the election hoo hah down here I missed the fact that the Marriage Protection Amendment died the death in the US. (Ta kelliem for that link.) This only doubles Australia's shame in actually having a law against gay marriage already. WTF is the point?! Cui bono for heavens sake? Employers and insurers, I suppose.

And speaking of employers, here's Entitlement and the Modern Fandom, and a big fuck you to the fanboys who reckon they're my employer. (Admittedly, I'm keen to read some of the alternative Marmadukes suggested, which only proves I'm a total New Adventures-befuddled pervert.)
