How remarkable. I woke up to discover I'd posted a sort of press release last night while I was asleep. That's what I get for leaving myself logged in, I suppose!

Hey! If our plane crashes on the Lost island, I'll find out what the monster is and post here. (Of course if our plane really goes down it will probably do so in Sydney Harbour and the only monsters around will be Bondi cigars hem hem.)

Saw The Goodies live in concert and had Irn Bru!

The Goodies are people you've known all your life, whose mannerisms are completely familiar.

A Knight's Tale is a good movie. I missed it in the cinemas, despite the omnipresent posters featuring Australia's own Heath Ledger. A very old-fashioned story, very funny, with the modern touches enhancing it rather than kicking me out of the frame - the use of rock music helped to translate the story rather than mocking it. Alan Tudyk is a scream - what a face he has. Now I feel ready to tackle "Geoff" (aka Chaucer) from whom I have been shrinking these many years.
