Further to my entry about the spectacular view to the west during Sydney evenings at the mo: the bright white star above Jupiter turns out to be Spica, and the bright red one some distance to the right, which I've been mistaking for Mars, is Arcturus.

Anyone else see the Moon's close encounter with Antares?
