Mar. 16th, 2006 04:14 pmAn online translation service coughed out this bizarre version of a Sumerian lyric:
What along with my, Inanna?
Who shall plyeø mine skjdø?
Who shall plyeø mine alp?
Who shall plyeø mine dank characteristicen?
Those familiar with such things will instantly recognise this rather, erm, intimate stanza from "the Marriage of Inanna and Dumuzi" despite its multi-lingual mangling. :-) (The rest of you will have to look up the Norwegian or English versions. :-)
