Draft One, 4300 words, and thank Nidaba for feedbackers. A polish during the day, then it gets sent off tonight.
For anyone who is wondering, Draft Zero is an otherwise complete story with bits missing - a line of dialogue, a name, a bit of research - while Draft One really is complete. (Although, as usual, I've done gobs of rewriting between the two drafts, rather than just filling in a few blanks.)
