Compare and contrast:
"Women wearing the burqa or other full-face veils will be forced to show their face when stopped by police under proposed changes to the law, Attorney-General Greg Smith said yesterday."

"An Australian court has ruled that women wearing the burqa or other full-face veils should show their faces when stopped by police."
The first is the Terror's article today, the second, dailyindia.com's largely identical version of it. By adding a Canberra byline, and the headline "Oz burqa wearing women should show faces when stopped by police: Court", dailyindia.com has turned a proposed NSW law into a federal decision handed down by a judge.

(Neither news source explains how, given that the woman in the original case showed her face to the police officer who stopped her, a new law would make any difference.)
