Chewing on Strange Flesh

Have decided to sweep aside all other projects and finish the bloody novel. Started yesterday by attacking the incomplete chapter 4. Forgot to make a note of how many words were already there, although I can only have managed a few hundred in the last couple of days - anyway, right now it's about 1500. Every time I do the stop-and-start thing, for whatever reason, I have to spend some time getting back into the project. Yeixquich. Enough of this!
