Refugee Update: Hamid Kehazaei
Dec. 11th, 2016 02:31 pmAn inquest into the death-by-bureaucracy of 24-year-old Iranian refugee Hamid Kehazaei is currently hearing evidence. As the Doctors for Refugees representative at the inquest notes: "... unlike other refugees who have died in Australian offshore detention centres while seeking protection, Hamid died in Australia, so the wheels of Australian justice are forced to turn."
