Thought I'd plug my side-journal greennotebook, in which I record newly discovered words (well, newly discovered by me), by quoting a little of the update I've just done.

I want to know the female version of nympholepsy, the state which a gentleman enters when gobsmacked by the sight of a beautiful woman. I think I entered it while watching Sense and Sensibility this afternoon. I have this instant coined Rickmangled but I'm sure there's already a term out there.

When Alan says his line about needing something to do while the sister is ill...I think I always need to be reminded to breath there. He is so tremendously yummy. Love the term "rickmangled"...certainly describes it well enough. ;)
