I have here three two audio cassettes from the days when I was struggling with panic attacks. One is "Relaxation Training" from my fear-of-flying course. The second is "Standard Relaxation" / "Quick Isometric Relaxation", from the Anxiety Research Unit at Macquarie Uni; the isometric stuff teaches you tricks for quickly reducing anxiety in public. The third tape is "Moments of Stillness", a commercial tape with guided meditation / deep relaxation exercises. Basically, you lie down and play the tapes, and do what they tell you. I found them extremely helpful, but don't need them any more. Free to a good home!
