We could all use a laugh... and I can't help stifling one at the grave debate between Dr Greg Ayers (head of the Bureau of Meteorology, former CSIRO atmospheric research chief, doctorate in physical chemistry) and Cardinal Pell ("I spend a lot of time studying this stuff.") For me, the gem is Pell including nitrogen in a list of greenhouse gases. Ayers: "That is not a greenhouse gas; it is 78 per cent of the atmosphere. You cannot have people out there telling the public that nitrogen is a greenhouse gas because it is not."

You keep out of the science game, and I'll keep out of the God-bothering game. Deal?
Very little respect,
Although I think that you'll enjoy this gem (http://climateprogress.org/2011/03/11/markey-anti-science-gop-repeal-gravity/) from the US legislators. If I may go all Bristolian for a moment, it makes I laugh!
