Do the people who design online shopping sites ever bother to test them themselves? What could be more offputting for a customer than being required to register, then being chucked into some other part of the site, losing the page for the item they wanted to purchase? It's happened to me three times today! Thank bleep I bookmarked the pages I started from.

I once pulled someone up for not including basic accessibility in a website they were designing (as a project, for me - I wasn't just being random!). Their response? 'What do I care if disabled people can't use my site!'
Not...impressed.
Glad to see you did get it through, though.
