I'm intrigued by the fact that some of the books have authors' name on, and some don't. It's not just a question of whether the author is known: "Little Red Riding Hood" has no author name on it, but neither does "Treasure Island" or "The Wizard of Oz". My current theory is that they only put authors' names on the ones that are still under copyright.
Maybe, or it was a special request. I'm wondering if they would change titles if you wanted your favourite book titles. I'd need "the Bridge of Birds" "Persuasion" and "the Alphabet of Thorn", just to name a few.
