I think that these posts are the reason that I'm not a member of fan communities (other than ihasatardis, obviously!), and why I stopped going to The Fitz (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fitzroy_Tavern).
I like the show and the books (up to the hardback novellas that retail for more than the older paperback novels). I have my own idea about how it should work. I'll keep it to myself, unless asked or pushed. (That said, I still like this icon...)
