Not 100% certain of the words (I don't have it on CD and my vinyl albums are practically inaccessible (behind other junk) at the moment) but I'm fairly sure it's just nonsense words. From memory they're something like "ah mah nah, doh ki doh, ah mah na lah".

No idea on a translation, if there even is one. Sounds like fake Latin. Maybe it's Big Pig Latin.
