Unwell. Xanax relieves anxiety but not the depression which results from long stress and panic. Generally a bit paralysed. Also, I have a headache which feels like being repeatedly stabbed in the base of the skull.

Iain needed a new hose for his CPAP machine. There's a small hole in the tube and it makes a whistling noise and stops him from getting all the air he needs. Anyway, it's a real problem getting to Botany in office hours to get a replacement, so I looked on the Web, and found
