Spectacular view from the back room this morning: Mars chasing Venus across Aries, beside an immense tilted Orion and Sirius. Sky one inch of blue away from black.
Brian? You've got my mate Brian over there? Big fella, always wears a belt? [CHECKS WATCH] Oh yeah, I guess it is the right time of year for him to be down South. (You have your winter at a crazy time of year, you know. =:o? )
As for him being immensely tilted, that's normal, I'm afraid. It's very rare that anyone manages to spot him before he's had his first four pints of the evening. =:o\
Nice. Thank you for satisfying my curiousity. I thought it might be a Mucha.
If you're interested: sometime next year the National Art Gallery will be staging an exhibition on the Birth of the Modern Poster, and they will have original Mucha posters. How do I know this? We saw the "taster" exhibition last year.
