It's starring Barry Morse. And Jack Palance. And Anne-Marie Martin from "Sledge Hammer!". And has clearly been shot in Toronto on a budget somewhat less than "Space: 1999".

It is, in the "I Claudius" sense of the word, INDESCRIBABLE.
