The Rest: Zeno's paradox

Let's see... chapter one is fine, and so, basically, is the later unnumbered flashback chapter.

Chapter two is ill thought out and in fact should be two chapters. Major rethink there and another 5000 words.

The synopsis is as limp as the dead coriander in the front garden. It needs major watering and fertilising to make the 100,000 words I'm vaguely aiming for. Mostly, there just isn't enough happening - I need to do a lot more with the characters I've got.

It would help if I worked on the book more often than about once a month.
