내가 제일 잘 나가
May. 10th, 2012 12:58 pmDespite a nasty little cold I continue to struggle with the La Brea that is chapter 9, while simultaneously proceeding with my exploration of Korean pop music. Apparently, Super Junior is the one band on Earth who have as many members as Yes. (Like Yes, they don't have them all at the same time.)
Actually, hang on, I'll see if I can embed some of my fave chunes so far.
SHINee, Sherlock: This is the song that lured me in the first place. Daft video, fab dancing.
Super Junior, Mr. Simple: there's about thirty seconds of lounge music intro before the song itself starts. Pleasingly, this band includes a more heavily-set member (a good-looking chap, too) alongside the usual skeletal teens.
2NE1, "I Am The Best": check out the "punk" bit at about 2.30 - after which there's a striking bit with a pyramid and blindfolded drummers. No china dolls here, folks.
Fat Cat, "My Love Bad Boy" or something apparently untranslatable. Incredibly, this does not appear to be a girl band, but an individual performer.
Saved the best one for last:
SHINee again, Lucifer. Holy flaming cow.
