Strange Flesh, Week 2

Well ahead of schedule here. I really wasn't expecting to be able to reuse so much from the previous draft. Chapter 1 is complete. The bulk of Chapters 2, 3, and 4 - that is, all of Part One - is already in place; I just have to fill in the gaps and rework the existing material. So far I feel very confident and in control of the book - it's hard work, but there's no flailing. Let's see what happens when I hit Part Two!
