After a High Court case, the federal government won't be able to fund school chaplains, thankfully, given the damage some have reportedly caused. (Chaplains could still be funded via grants to the states and territories. The Federal government will not fund non-religious counsellors.)
The goverment will fund an anti-domestic violence program, including a national domestic violence orders system, which will make a DVO from one state valid in another.
