Strange phenomenon

I normally wear size 24 jeans. I just bought a size 20 pair, and I'm going to need a belt. My bra size has also shrunk and this T-shirt I'm wearing fits now instead of being too tight.

AAAAHHHHHH!!! I'M SHRINKING!!!!! SEND HELP!
