Got shrunk today*. All things considered I'm in good condition. Last week's weirdness - racing thoughts, religious impulses, really very crazed Snaping - are probably due to doubling my Lexapro dose, so I'm going back down to the half dose again. ($$$ for half an hour to work *that* out?! :-)

The doc used words like "unstable" and "stimulated" to describe my mild foray into the woods of mania. Wasn't as bad as my on great hypomania attack of many moons ago - didn't buy any enormous books about the Muppets, talk unstoppably**, exit my body during Pines of Rome, or totally freak out at 1 am and call my parents. My stummick hurts tho.

Lordy, apart from the big book o'Muppets, I can see why you'd prefer to not be manic & just have a crap factory ache. Yeesh.

I need to strike a happy medium somewhere between horrible depression, and being a bit like Stimpy wearing that hat that made him intolerably happy! The tummy ache comes from being way too enthusiastic about Snape. I kind of glossed over the embarassing details when I told my shrink.
