Got me some more A Team, including my old favourite Diamonds and Dust, set in a South Africa in which Apartheid is not mentioned, perhaps because everyone's so bewildered by the views of Kilimanjaro. At least the stock footage of Kenyan wildlife is new enough to match the show's own film stock. The customer is the daughter of an Australian miner cruelly dispatched by the baddies. Since her accent is a plummy false English one, I suspect the reference to Australia was added either because of the "flavour of the month" thing, or to help cover up for the baddie's dubious South African accent.
There's also
The Bogie the Bear Show!!!
Oh, I'm Bogie the Bear, I'm covered in hair... Nuts!!! Now we're cooking!!!
ETA: I get the impression the writers think South Africa is still a British colony. Dwight Schultz's Peter O'Toole is a lot of fun - the dodgy dynamite seller's Cockney accent rather less so.
