Kool-Aid! Heh, my kids would be totally chuffed to get Kool-Aid in their trick-or-treat bags. As it was, the coolest thing either of them got tonight was a full-sized Pixie Stick. Oh yeah, and the older one scored two full-sized Hershey bars. :-p
omg we got trick-or-treated! By six completely adorable and very polite children!
That's six more than I've had the past two years. Which is annoying. You know, all those years living in apartments, I'd get one or two every year, anyway, but then we moved into a house last year. I figured that means we'd actually get several trick-or-treaters every year.
Not a single frickin' one. Two years running.
Makes me wonder what I'm doing wrong. Do I need to nail a drunk Minnesota Vikings player to my house or put a vat of lutefisk on the front step or something to get peoples' attention?
