Our Web site has gone down, once again, with no explanation from our ISP. I'll be cancelling our account with them shortly and moving the pages - such as they are! - somewhere hopefully more stable.

Without sounding too much like one of those dodgy corporate comments, I'd advise using Dreamhost. It's got all the toys you'd want (including some I frankly never use) and it's well stable.

I seem to recall you gave up on zipworld, but we still haven't had any trouble with them. And they've been a part of the larger Pacific Internet for ages now, which may make them more reliable still.
