No no no! Ermintrude is obviously the state of having a coat of arms which happens to have a significant amount of ermine (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ermine_%28heraldry%29) in it. As you'll see from the linked Wikipedia article, the duchy of Britanny has the highest ermintrude of all.
