Over at demonbuster.com, you can find a handy list of occult paraphernalia strikingly entitled "Search Warrant Checklist". The items I have are bolded.

Occult games (I Ching, ouija boards, tarot cards, crystal ball, fantasy role-playing games such as Dungeons and Dragons)
Ashes from fire pits, including fireplaces and wood stoves
Robes and detachable hoods
Gongs, drums and bells
Wooden stand for an altar, a marble slab or crosses
Chalice, goblet, cruet
Phallus (sculpture of the male sex organ)
Heavy wooden staff, sword, knives [admittedly, in the kitchen]
Small velvet pillow, scarlet in color
Bullwhip, cat o'nine tails, ligatures [what are "ligatures"?!]
Mirror
Animal mask, possibly papier mache
Black satin or velvet glove for the right hand
Large ruby ring, worn on the first finger of the right hand
Flash powder, smoke bombs
Incense
Body paint, face paint
Metal crown with four candle holders
Ferns, palms
Human or animal bones (especially skull, long bones, finger bones)
Coffin
Ritual books, black books, diaries (such as the Book of Shadows, which may be handwritten)
Medallions with satanic symbols (such as pentagrams, peace symbol, yin/yang, etc.)
Occult jewelry
Small animals in cages
Graph paper for fantasy games
Oddly shaped dice (no, really?)

Horror masks and costumes
Crystals
Small metal figurines of mythological nature
Posters of mythological beings, animals, half-animals
Nightmarish posters
Sexual, particularly sado-masochistic, posters
Posters of heavy metal and punk rock stars
Paraphernalia related to the martial arts - such as ninja costumes and throwing stars

That was a pretty poor effort. I'd have scored much higher if they'd included idols. Or if we had blood on the doorposts. (Well, it is Passover.) ETA: Jon pointed out my small, metal idol of Bast. But alas, the chalice long ago went to Vinnie's.

ETA: the Paisley pattern is also demonlicious and should be burnt rather than worn. (Under no circumstances try to combine these activities). Surprisingly, the reasons given have nothing to do with Christian Shaw.

Small animals in cages

You have small animals in cardboard boxes... do those count?

We do have cat cages, but those are only for trips to the ritual of goat lust vet.

Medallions with satanic symbols (such as pentagrams, peace symbol, yin/yang, etc.)

Huh?

Are they thinking that Dubya was right? That wanting peace and harmony is a mortal sin?

*sigh* More proof that people are stupid.

Better than me, I just have mirrors and incense. I even lost my black A4 notebook a couple of weeks ago, although I doubt that would have counted.

Do we count Jack Black as a heavy metal or punk rock star (in a Nacho Libre poster)?

Or a Dalek as a mythological being?

Shit, I just remembered I don't even have a mirror in my room any more...

I feel like an utter failure right now.

I have an advantage in being an actual occultist. Although these days Wicca hardly counts as "occult" any more.

Well, I'm screwed. *snerk*

But we already knew I was going to hell, didn't we?

Occult games (I Ching, ouija boards, tarot cards, crystal ball, fantasy role-playing games such as Dungeons and Dragons) [Um, yeah, the 7' x 4' solid oak double book case in the living room, filled ENTIRELY WITH GAMING BOOKS? Pretty much makes the rest of the list an exercise in amusement.)

Robes and detachable hoods
Gongs, drums and bells
Wooden stand for an altar, a marble slab or crosses
Chalice, goblet, cruet
Phallus (sculpture of the male sex organ)

Small velvet pillow, scarlet in color

Animal mask, possibly papier mache
Black satin or velvet glove for the right hand [Better check Grandma's collection...]
Large ruby ring, worn on the first finger of the right hand

I actually read the Paisley page. Somehow I'm more entertained than anything else by the Mary Kay plug at the bottom.

I've seen this site before, but for the first time am wondering if the whole thing isn't an elaborate hoax to sell more MK...

Black satin or velvet glove for the right hand

Why does the left hand have no love glove?

Small velvet pillow, scarlet in color why does the colour matter?, what if the pillow is large, or.... medium.

Metal crown with four candle holders, this would be my mom's advent/easter wreath, right?

I hate to seem like an idiot, but this site is sarcastic/hoax, right?

whilst it's difficult to tell Fundy policy from fundy parody, I suspect this is the real thing. Even if it DOESN"T mention evil demonic Pokemon by name

This makes me sad, I know people who belive stuff like this, I'm quite sadly related to some of them and it just sucks and you can't even argue, cause it's your grandma and you have to show respect when she informs you that clinton had people in helicopters kill some other people, oh and the dinosaurs are in the congo. (both said one morning over oatmeal)

I'm guessing the list of Stuff has been copied from some book or other - when it's not hopelessly vague ("mirror"?!) it's incredibly specific, and looks suspiciously like a shopping list. "You will need:"

i seem to recall a Victorian (?) guidebook to pornographic literature that listed a huge range of stuff, warned you repeatedly "this vile literature will make you blind, give you hairy hands, etc etc", and slyly gave you all the info you needed to track copies down. :D
